Dear Twinlab,

 

BLOG ONE - On November 1, 2004, I weighed 460 lbs. and wore a size 60 waist pants. By changing my way of thinking and eating, along with regular sessions of weight training and cardiovascular exercise, I have lost 210 lbs

In my upcoming blogs I will be sharing my weight loss experience with you. The highs, the lows, the frustrations and the successes. Hopefully you will relate to what I am saying and will be encouraged to begin a lifestyle change of your own. Your journey may not be an easy one, there are no quick fixes. Self discipline, consistency, concentrated effort and commitment will be needed. Do these things and the rewards of your effort will be realized. At this time I would like to thank Twinlab® for their support of my weight loss endeavor and the opportunity to share my weight loss experience.
