A Great ‘Whey’ to Get Your Serving of Protein

One serving

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup milk (skim, soy, etc.)

4 ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

Add fruit, milk and whey to blender and blend for 10 seconds or until combined. Adjust the consistency to your liking by either adding ice cubes for a thicker smoothie or by adding more milk for a thinner smoothie.

Choco-Cookie Smoothie
One serving

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup milk (skim, soy, etc.)

1 scoop Twinlab® 100% Whey Protein Fuel® in Cookies and Cream
5 ice cubes

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 5-10 seconds or until combined.
