Build coordination and strength doing soccer drills
Challenge Duration: 1X over 1 week
“When it comes to being athletic, one of the most challenging sports to play is soccer. Soccer requires an incredible amount of coordination, strength, speed and accuracy. I want you to get a taste of this sport with a soccer training drill; so get a soccer ball and head to the soccer field.
I challenge you to set a goal of 20 repetitions of bouncing the ball from one knee to the other. For every rep you fall short of your goal, you have to make a shot into the goal. For example, if you get 11 bounces on your first try, then you have to make 9 goal shots. Repeat the drill 7 more times for a total of 8 rotations. This is a great drill to perform on your own to mix up your training stimulus.”
