“Every major metropolitan area has made efforts to preserve land for parks and recreation areas. Almost all of these public parks are great places to go for relaxation, peace and quiet, or to partake in outdoor activities.

I challenge you to visit your local park and get involved in some of the available activities. You can rent a kayak and paddle around the lake for an hour, or pick up a map from the front office and bike or hike some of the mapped out trails. Just be sure you bring some sunblock with you.”
