Hello everyone and Thank you for visiting Twinlab.com!
I’m extremely excited about being with Twinlab and consider it an honor to be part of Team Fuel. As a personal trainer and competitor I have tried all kinds of supplements because I know how important they are to being successful. They say, “Knowledge is Power.” Well, I’m here to share as much knowledge as possible to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether it’s trying to build muscle and cut fat or just want to know how to get stronger in the gym. I’m here to help you get there faster!
As a personal trainer, it’s my job to make sure my clients achieve their fitness goals. I LOVE what I do so I really don’t even consider it a job. Making sure my clients achieve their goals includes being up to date with all the cutting edge supplements that are out there. I will never recommend anything unless I have tried it myself and I know it works. Supplementation is the key to getting bigger, leaner, and harder that much faster!
We all have seen “that guy” in the gym that works his butt off day in and day out and month after month his body never changes. Nine times out of ten, “that guy” isn’t too knowledgeable about diet and supplementation. We are here to make sure you are not “that guy!” Please feel free to ask any questions you have so we can help you achieve your goals!

In better health,
Shaun Eckhardt

Tips

As most men get older, LDL or "bad" cholesterol tends to increase while HDL or "good" cholesterol tends to decrease. Keep LDL cholesterol levels down by eating a diet low in saturated fat. The best way to boost good HDL cholesterol is getting plenty of exercise.
