A. I love the way working out makes me feel, so its hard staying out of the gym. Training my clients motivates me as well.

A. Absolutely, if you don't know how the human body works then it's hard trying to design programs that fit that particular person's body and genetics. I see a lot of trainers train people the way they work out themselves. How can you train all your clients the same way when they have different goals and body types?
