Hey Everyone,

Thanks for checking out my Twinlab® athlete blog! As a new member of Team Fuel, I look forward to representing Twinlab in the professional beach volleyball and fitness arenas.

I am currently training for the 2010 AVP Pro Volleyball Beach Tour and the Federation of International Volleyball World Tour, and I hope to earn and/or maintain top spots on both tours to increase my chances of earning a spot on the 2012 & 2016 U.S. Olympic beach volleyball teams.

I like to incorporate several different training methods in addition to “on court” volleyball drills to maximize my workouts. To challenge myself physically and mentally, I do lots of high-level balance and functional core training. However, most of my training consists of anaerobic speed and strength movements in the sand.

I am a firm believer in training hard and fueling your body with good nutrition and quality supplements. I’m very excited about partnering with Twinlab, as I know they will help me reach and maintain my full potential.
