Favorite pre- and post-workout snacks – Sean Hartel

Most days, freestyle skier, Sean Hartel, is on the hill from 8am to 4pm, and then again from 5pm to 9pm practicing under the lights. Basically, he’s working doubles seven days a week. We asked him about his favorite pre- and post-workout snacks for fueling himself through this intense schedule.

I definitely need a Twinlab® Chocolate 100% Whey Protein Fuel® shake immediately after a workout. I’ll usually have a light sandwich or a good breakfast with eggs and lots of veggies before a workout, but always a banana or two. The night before a big workout or competition I always try to eat a healthy pasta dish with chicken and lots more veggies!
